Leon Collins serves as the mediation coach for Roberson Duran Law, PLLC. He ensures that clients’ needs are met. He makes an effort to relate to any client who comes into the office, and he displays his care and concern through his willingness to help — from providing case-related information to offering emotional support.
He embraces the following belief: “I know this is a hard situation for most people. That’s no question. But if we can make things a little easier, that’s what we’re going to do. No one needs rough service along with a tough time. So, if we can provide stellar service through this tough journey, then maybe we can turn more frowns into smiles and tears into comfort.”
As a qualified mediator and mediation coach, Leon prepares parties for mediation through a unique mediation coaching process he crafted after years of mediation and training. Through his mediation coaching, he has observed a substantial increase in the success rate of mediation for his clients. He also conducts volunteer mediations for the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center.
A Houston native, Leon attended both Texas A&M University – Kingsville and Houston Baptist University. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
